Biologix 1X Tris-MOPS-SDS Electrophoresis Buffer is a ready-to-use running buffer designed for denaturing protein electrophoresis using Bis-Tris polyacrylamide gels. It is particularly suitable for the separation of medium- and high-molecular-weight proteins and is recommended for proteins ranging from approximately 15 to 260 kDa.
The formulation provides stable buffering performance during electrophoresis, while SDS denatures proteins and supports separation primarily according to molecular weight.
