Biologix Citrate Antigen Retrieval Solution is a sterile, ready-to-use buffer formulated for effective antigen retrieval in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Filter sterilised through a 0.22 μm filter and certified DNase-, RNase-, protease-, and pyrogen-free, it is suitable for paraffin-embedded tissue sections and formaldehyde-, paraformaldehyde-, or aldehyde-fixed frozen sections. The solution effectively reverses protein cross-linking caused by aldehyde fixation, exposing antigenic sites to enhance antibody binding and improve immunostaining results.
