10X Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS), pH 7.4
Biologix 10X PBS is a sterile, concentrated phosphate-buffered saline solution designed for routine cell culture and molecular biology applications. Once diluted to 1X with sterile water, it can be used for washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissues, diluting cells for counting and preparing laboratory reagents.
The 1X working solution has a physiological pH and osmolarity, making it suitable for use with cells and biological samples.

Preparation
