e-BLOT Transfer Buffer is a specially formulated buffer, optimised for efficient ionisation and consistent protein transfer when used with e-BLOT systems.
Contents: Tris, Glycine (Gly), Sodium Carbonate (Na2CO3)
Required to add: 800 mL de-ionised water and 200 mL anhydrous methanol (or 200 mL anhydrous ethanol)
Pre-chill for at least one hour at 4oC prior to transfer
