TBST Buffer with 0.05% Tween-20
Biologix TBST is a ready-to-use Tris-buffered saline solution containing Tween-20. It provides stable ionic conditions and pH buffering for antibody-based assays and protein analysis workflows.
TBST is commonly used to prepare blocking solutions, dilute primary and secondary antibodies, and wash membranes or samples following antibody incubation. It is suitable for applications including Western blotting, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry.
Tween-20 acts as a mild detergent, helping to improve washing efficiency and reduce non-specific binding.
