Super Broth (SB) Medium Powder 250g/bottle

Preparation Instructions

1. Dissolve 57.0 g of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionised water.
2. Heat with stirring until completely dissolved.
3. Dispense into appropriate culture vessels.
4. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes before use.
