Biologix TAE Buffer (Tris-Acetate-EDTA) is a ready-to-use electrophoresis buffer designed for the separation of DNA by agarose gel electrophoresis. It is particularly well suited to resolving large DNA fragments (>13 kb), making it an excellent choice for applications requiring improved separation of high molecular weight nucleic acids. Filter sterilised through a 0.22 μm filter and certified DNase-, RNase-, protease-, and pyrogen-free, it delivers consistent, reliable performance while eliminating the time and variability associated with buffer preparation.
