TBS Buffer (1x) 500mL

Biologix TBS is a ready-to-use Tris-buffered saline solution for immunoassay, protein analysis and antibody-based workflows. It is particularly suitable for phosphorylated antibody detection and may also be used when preparing antibody dilutions, washing buffers and blocking solutions.
The buffer is widely used in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation and ELISA applications.

Contains 10 mM Tris and 150 mM sodium chloride.
Final pH: 7.6 ± 0.1.

Store at room temperature between 2°C and 30°C. Stable for up to three years when stored as recommended.
