10% SDS Solution

Biologix 10% SDS Solution is a ready-to-use sodium dodecyl sulfate reagent suitable for a wide range of molecular biology and biochemistry applications. It is commonly used in SDS-PAGE, bacterial alkaline lysis, plasmid extraction and the separation of nucleic acids from proteins.

The solution may also be used to disrupt cell membranes, remove certain viruses from host cells and support protein electrophoresis workflows.
