Its multi-channel modular design allows multiple PCR gradient programs to run simultaneously, enabling true multi-purpose operation within a single instrument. A self-adaptive pressure hot lid closes and locks in one step, automatically adjusting to accommodate tubes of varying heights. The system supports up to 199 cycles, with a clear countdown display showing remaining run time.
Edge temperature compensation ensures excellent temperature uniformity, while flexible gradient settings simplify optimisation of experimental conditions. Program status is displayed in real time, and optional user accounts and password protection can be configured to meet laboratory security requirements.
