DPBS Buffer (1x) Low Endotoxin 500mL

Biologix DPBS is a sterile, ready-to-use balanced salt solution formulated without calcium or magnesium. It contains a slightly lower phosphate concentration than standard PBS and is particularly suitable for washing delicate cells, including embryonic and primary cells, during cell dissociation procedures.
DPBS helps maintain physiological pH, osmolality and ionic balance, making it suitable for routine cell culture, embryology and biochemical research applications.

Composition
Contains 2.7 mM potassium chloride, 138 mM sodium chloride, 8 mM disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate and 1.5 mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
