Tryptone – FMB Grade
Biologix Tryptone, also known as pancreatic digest of casein, is a high-quality, animal-derived peptone supplied as a light-yellow powder. It offers excellent solubility, clarity and consistency, producing clear solutions without visible precipitate.
Rich in nitrogen and amino acids, Tryptone is widely used as a nutrient source in microbiological culture media. It is suitable for the cultivation, isolation, propagation and identification of bacteria, as well as the preparation of sterile test media, anaerobic culture media and biochemical testing media.
