10X Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS), pH 7.4
Biologix 10X PBS is a sterile, concentrated phosphate-buffered saline solution for routine cell culture and biological research applications. After tenfold dilution with sterile water, the 1X working solution can be used for washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissues, diluting cells for counting and preparing other laboratory reagents.
The diluted solution has a physiological pH and osmolality, making it suitable for use with cells and biological samples.
