10X Tris-Glycine Electrophoresis Buffer, SDS-Free
Biologix Tris-Glycine Electrophoresis Buffer is a concentrated, SDS-free solution designed for non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It is particularly suitable for Native-PAGE applications, where proteins are separated while retaining their native structure and biological activity.
The buffer is commonly used for the analysis, identification and purification of native proteins and isozymes.
