PBST Buffer with 0.05% Tween-20
Biologix PBST is a ready-to-use phosphate-buffered saline solution containing Tween-20. It provides stable ionic conditions and pH buffering for a range of immunoassay, hybridisation and membrane-washing applications.
Tween-20 acts as a mild detergent, helping to improve washing efficiency and reduce non-specific binding during procedures such as immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridisation, ELISA and Western blotting.

Composition
Contains 136 mM sodium chloride, 2.6 mM potassium chloride, 8 mM disodium hydrogen phosphate, 2 mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.05% Tween-20 (v/v).
